We are currently recruiting founding board members who will help set up governance, finalize program design, and guide the launch of Neighbors Light. This is a working board focused on meaningful impact during our first year.
Board members will be expected to:
Founding board recruitment and initial meetings
Governance structure finalized, program design completed
Fundraising launch, operational planning
Facility preparation and staff hiring
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. No prior board experience is required for every role. Initial conversations are informal and confidential.
